视频来自网络 《残障与我何干?》 你知道吗?在每个人的一生中,都可能因为一些原因而处于某种残障状态,比如受伤、生病、体弱等病理因素,年老、怀孕等生理因素,甚至包括提大件行李、抱小孩等生活因素。根据世卫组织的数据,在人口预期寿命超过70岁的国家和地区,平均每人有8年、11.5%的生命是在残障的状态下中度过的,而这些障碍是可以也应该被消除的。在传统观念里,”残疾 “一词意味着残缺和疾病,意味着能力不足,需要 “自强不息”、治病矫正,“早日融入主流社会”。这种过时的世界观把克服残疾障碍的责任推给了个人,但这种观念正在改变。  2008年,中国政府签署和批准了联合国《残疾人权利公约》,从那时起《公约》便在我国具有普遍的法律效力。《公约》认为残障之所以成为问题是因为社会存在各种障碍和歧视偏见,而非残障人个体,因此解决残障问题需要消除社会障碍。基于这样的原因,倡导者更多使用“残障”这个词而不是“残疾”。根据《公约》,政府、公共场所、企业和个人都有责任做出改变,增加无障碍设施,建立一个更加平等的社会,让每个人都有机会发挥全部潜力。
