(中国人权捍卫者2017年11月21日星期二)中国政府必须立即释放优秀的人权律师江天勇。今天江律师在长沙市中级人民法院被宣判为两年有期徒刑,罪证是他的捍卫人权和法治的行为。 2017年8月,长沙中级人民法院开庭审理江律师,无论是从诉讼的程序上还是刑法实体上看,一切都是在弄虚作假,是在强行构陷江律师入罪。 从对江天勇的关押到对其不公平的审理和判决,种种迹像显示了当局对公民权利的侵犯肆无忌惮,这其中有强迫失踪, 阻挠家属聘请的律师为其辩护,不顾无罪推定原则,通过官媒进行污蔑江律师。这是持续近两年的镇压律师运动中,最新的一起针对人权律师下达的判决。从习近平执政以来,对人权律师的镇压运动于2015年达到峰值。
